Add an API token and we import the mailboxes on every domain in the account. No mailbox passwords are ever asked for, stored, or needed.

Design once
Build the signature from blocks. Names, titles and phone numbers come from each mailbox, so one template covers everybody.

Deploy everywhere
An agent on your server writes the signature into each Roundcube identity and reports back. Anything it cannot reach falls back to a guided install.

Publishing creates a version that never changes, then rolls it out to every managed mailbox. New hire, new phone number, rebrand — you edit one template and the rest is bookkeeping we do for you.

Simple pricing
You are billed for the mailboxes you actually manage, and nothing else. Unmanage one and the charge stops on the next invoice.
Mailboxes you leave unmanaged are still imported and still visible — they just do not get a signature and do not cost anything.

What your server needs
A cPanel account with Roundcube webmail, and an API token you create yourself. Automatic installation needs our agent running on the server; without it, every mailbox still gets a guided install its owner can follow in about a minute.
One setting matters on the mailbox side: Compose HTML messages must be on, or Roundcube sends the signature as plain text.
